With more than eighteen years of sales, product and executive management experience in the mission critical and integrated technologies including Communications, Systems Storage, and Managed Services, Peter Stavropoulos has helped thousands of companies solve their most pressing challenges through the use of technology.With the goal of establishing FlexITy as one of North America’s leading technology providers, Mr. Stavropoulos has sharpened FlexITy’s focus and concentrated its investments on three longterm growth opportunities: next-generation enterprise data centre architecture and services; technologies for always connected workers (Collaboration); and a broad transition from on-premises to managed Cloud services across commercial and enterprise markets via the innovative FlexTEL offering – Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) designed under Mr. Stavropoulos’ guidance and direction. At the same time, Mr. Stavropoulos has improved FlexITy’s operating efficiency and execution as well as its financial performance, its focus on strengthening customer relationships and in developing and extending the firm’s strategic association with world-class alliances. This has resulted in increased growth and profitability, greater value for shareholders and customers, and a stronger competitive position in the regions in which it operates.
As FlexITy’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Stavropoulos leads the firm’s initiative in hiring, mentoring and managing the most skilled and dedicated people in the IT industry (both in a sales and engineering capacity). As a result, FlexITy has been recognized by its strategic partners and clients as an industry leader for its vision and execution.
Prior to founding FlexITy, Mr. Stavropoulos spent 10 years as the Chief Executive Officer of a technology services organization. Under his leadership, the company reignited growth –expanding from a single location small business to a multi-region $100M+ firm. As a result of the organization’s performance, it was courted and acquired by a major Canadian telecommunications company, returning significant value to its shareholders. Mr. Stavropoulos earned a Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University.

Mr. Stewart is executive vice president of FlexITy Solutions, responsible for leading the marketing and operations discipline across the company and is a member of the firm’s Executive Council. Mr. Stewart has more than 25 years of global brand management, technology and marketing experience. Most recently, he was vice president, marketing and strategic alliances for a leading Canadian technology integrator. During his tenure, Mr. Stewart aligned the company’s marketing, alliance, field and product organizations with a best-in-class customer experience, resulting in a significant value contribution to the company’s brand.Prior to, Mr. Stewart spent 11 years at U.S.-based GE Capital IT Solutions – as a senior member of the client executive team. Here, Mr. Stewart exposed the firm’s brand across the Canadian IT market, often working with Canada’s largest firms, and resulting was a $20M+ of annual revenue contribution.
At FlexITy, Mr. Stewart is responsible for the company’s brand development, the creation and execution of all external and internal campaigns, CRM initiatives, partner marketing programs and all internal and external relations activities, including traditional public relations, social media and the company’s multi-tenant web presence.
As FlexITy’s senior marketing official, Mr. Stewart has unified the brand across multiple solution-based sub brands, including the launch of the highly successful FlexTEL UCaaS business. During his tenure, FlexITy has enjoyed record growth, industry-topping client retention levels and as a result, has become one of the most highly regarded IT brands in Canada.
Mr. Stewart was educated at the University of New Brunswick and is a graduate of the Radio, Television and Journalism Arts Program at Ontario’s Lambton College where he finished as the top graduate in 1987.
Lenny Liscio has served as chief financial officer of FlexITy since 2010. As a 20-year veteran of the IT solutions and services industry, Mr. Liscio has amassed a broad range of financial and management leadership capabilities, including cash management, debt management, foreign exchange, capital structuring, risk management and benefits plan administration. As CFO of FlexITy Solutions Inc., Lenny is responsible for all finance, treasury, administrative and reporting functions.Prior to joining FlexITy, Mr. Liscio held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CPNI Inc. an early stage global software company that provided a mobile solution to banks that allowed their customers to efficiently transfer money.
Prior to CPNI, Mr. Liscio served first as the CFO and then as the CEO of Olivetti Canada, a desktop and network computing services provider. During his tenure, Mr. Liscio helped guide the firm’s strategic direction and positioning from that of a hardware distributor to a professional services provider. Mr. Liscio’s successful tenure led to the acquisition of Olivetti Canada by Wang Canada, where Mr. Liscio acted as the combined firm’s President, leading the seamless integration of the two large organizations.
From an entrepreneurial perspective, Mr. Liscio held the CFO position at an emerging Canadian software provider, building the infrastructure to support revenue and headcount growth, along with geographical expansion; and for a publicly traded biotech start-up, overseeing all corporate compliance and securities exchange related requirements.
Mr. Liscio is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
John Pigatsiotopoulos serves as the Vice President of Sales for FlexITy. Mr. Pigatsiotopoulos joined the company in 2011, and brings over seventeen years of sales, engineering and operations experience in the technology industry. His responsibilities include Business Development, Sales and Client Management for North America.Mr. Pigatsiotopoulos held a variety of roles, leading to exponential growth for a number of high-growth IT consultancies. Prior to joining FlexITy, Mr. Pigatsiotopoulos spent seven years as the Global Account Executive and Director of Sales for Verizon Business and eight years with Hitachi Canada, Ltd. in various senior marketing, planning and executive management positions.
Mr. Pigatsiotopoulos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from York University and resides in Toronto, ON, working out of the headquarter offices of FlexITy Solutions located in Richmond Hill, ON.
As the Vice President of Sales and Operations for FlexITy’s Western Canadian offices, Shane Warnez is charged with leading all aspects of Business Development, Sales Execution, Client Relationships and Operations. In this capacity, he builds internal and external stakeholder alignment across field sales, sales support and delivery to identify business opportunities that drive high value outcomes for our customers. With more than 30 years of experience in IT, Shane brings a strong engineering background, proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial enthusiasm that was honed during the five years he successfully ran his own software consulting business. His career has been distinguished by strong client relationships, team collaboration and a passion for identifying and implementing innovative solutions.Prior to FlexITy, Shane was with Cisco Systems for 15 years, beginning as an Enterprise Account Manager and completing his tenure as the Regional Sales Director for the Prairies where he consistently met targets and over-achieved quota. He has also worked for Mitel Corporation where he gained broad experience through a variety of roles including sales, software development and project teaming.
Shane graduated from the Computer Engineering Technology program at Red River College in 1983. He currently lives in Winnipeg with his wife Lana, and two daughters Stephanie and Breanna.
